What These 4 Websites Got Right
And Why I’d Buy From Them Instantly
There are some websites that make you want to book right away. Not because of flashy popups or discounts, but because the experience feels right.
It’s clear, on-brand, and speaks to you. That’s no accident—it’s smart design and strategy.
If you’ve been thinking about hiring a web designer, this post will help you notice what works and what’s missing from your current site. These are four Canadian businesses I’d buy from based on their website alone—and I’ll explain why.
1. Ro Dental Studio – Turning Dental Visits Into Experiences
Their website doesn’t feel like a dental clinic—it feels like a spa booking. From the first scroll, the experience is calm, welcoming, and modern. No sterile vibes. No judgement.
They call their office a “studio.” Super smart! They don’t just offer cleanings and checkups—they lead with a dental membership model. One annual payment, unlimited services.
That’s bold. And again - smart.
Their messaging speaks directly to those with anxiety around dental visits (hi fellow Slavic girls with dentist-related trauma). The design supports that. Soft colours, friendly copy, and photos of the space make it easy to picture yourself there—without panic.
It doesn’t just look good. It feels good. That emotional connection?
That’s what sells.
2. 9CoachingCo – Clear, Guided, Confident
Some websites feel like a conversation. This one does.
The layout walks you through everything—what types of therapy are offered, who your coach is, what to expect—and then it naturally flows into booking. It’s structured to build trust.
The colours are soft and grounded. Her face is the first thing you see. You feel like you’re in good hands. There’s no guesswork, no distractions.
It’s an easy “yes” for someone browsing with a question:
Is this the right coach for me?
3. Beauty Edit – A Site That Books for You
You land on the page and immediately get two options: book or grab a gift card. Navigation is simple. The visuals are gorgeous. The tone is fun and confident.
The pricing menu is clear, organized, and actually helpful—services are listed side-by-side with names, prices, and options. You know what you’re getting before you even click.
One of my favourite things? Payment options. Manual credit card entry is outdated. They’ve got one-click payment options like Apple Pay—no digging for your wallet. That’s crucial.
If your service-based business wants more bookings, make it this easy.
4. Skin Frequency – Building Trust With Every Click
This is a skincare site I found while researching natural, fragrance-free products. I was their ideal client—and they spoke right to me.
From the start, they tell you exactly what they’re about: holistic skincare, crafted with intention. That hooked me.
They include full ingredient lists on the homepage, offer educational blog posts, and on each product page, they have short paragraphs that explain what it is, how to use it, when to apply it—and even a video.
Seeing the consistency, texture, and packaging made me more confident to buy. Brand awareness boosts SEO.
And yes—real reviews are right there. That helps new customers make decisions and feel connected to the brand.
It’s not just a product page. It’s a full experience.
What You Can Take Away From These Sites
All of these businesses do one thing really well: they make it easy to say yes.
Their websites are working with them, not against them.
The design supports their message.
Structure supports the user journey.
Smart details (like videos, reviews, and payment options) build trust.
If your site feels “fine” but not great, or if you know your booking flow could be better—this is your sign to take it seriously.
You don’t need a million bells and whistles. But you do need to connect with your customers, reduce friction, and make the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. That’s what gets people to book, buy, or refer you to a friend.
